Lawyer of the Milan Bar. He mainly deals with the law of new technologies, privacy, and compliance. He has obtained the CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe) certification from the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals).
Graduated from the University of Parma in 2017, he began his professional career in a Law Firm and a Notary Office, in Rome and Parma respectively, dealing with various aspects of civil law and European Union law, specializing in privacy and data protection.
He continued by moving to Brussels, where he gained professional experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and anti-money laundering legislation. At the same time, he attended and completed a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property and ICT Law at KU Leuven, discussing a thesis on the international transfer of personal data, anti-money laundering, and cryptocurrencies, analyzing the interconnections and potential conflicts between different regulations.
In 2022, he joined the privacy and data protection team of 42LF.
