Graduated in Law from Bocconi University in December 2025, he pursued his academic training with a specific focus on innovation law and the regulation of emerging technologies. His thesis, entitled “AI Act and the Risk-Based Approach: Considerations on the Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment”, provided an in-depth analysis of the legal framework governing the protection of fundamental rights in high-risk artificial intelligence systems.
During his studies, he participated in an Erasmus exchange programme at the University of Mannheim, where he attended courses consistent with the firm’s practice areas, with particular emphasis on technology law, personal data protection and digital market regulation, thereby developing a well-grounded comparative perspective. His academic formation was further enhanced through participation in the “AI Law, Policy and Governance” programme at the London School of Economics (LSE), which consolidated his expertise in artificial intelligence regulatory models and the normative dynamics of digital environments.
He currently collaborates with 42 Law Firm as a trainee solicitor, with the objective of specialising in technology law, privacy and innovation, providing support to the team in advisory and legal assistance activities on behalf of undertakings operating in the digital sector.
