Lawyer at the Milan Bar, after graduating in law from the University of Milan, obtained a Master’s degree in finance from Bocconi University and later specialized in intellectual property law, a field she has dedicated herself to since 2005. She deals with copyright law, and the connected activities of commercial promotion and advertising in the fields of music, theatre, photography, television, publishing, new media, the Internet, and new means of communication, particularly with reference to social networks. Her area of expertise extends to contract law concerning trademarks, patents, and the protection of software and know-how.
In addition to having developed deep expertise in commercial law, she deals with the management of real estate assets, as well as consultancy in the areas of leases and condominium law.
Attorney Maggi combines her substantial knowledge in these specialty areas with extensive litigation experience, having developed significant expertise in commercial law disputes, copyright, unfair competition, contract law, and real estate.
For several years, she has been collaborating as a consultant with Professor Giacomo Magnani, interfaculty of economics and management of cultural heritage at the Catholic University of Milan, and with Professor Vittoria Fontana, faculty of musicology, at the State University of Pavia.
