Born in Rome in 1990, he graduated with honors in 2016 from the University of Rome – Sapienza and was recognized among the excellent graduates of the same academic year. He then obtained his Ph.D. in 2020 in Comparative and Uniform Commercial Law with a thesis titled “Related Rights and Collective Management in the Music Sector: Profiles of European and Comparative Law“. During this experience, he collaborated with various departments at Sapienza, including Diritto privato comparato, Sistemi giuridici comparati, Storia del diritto italiano, and Comparative and European Private Law. He has published various academic papers in the fields of civil law, sports law, and arts and entertainment law. Lawyer since 2022, he speaks Italian, English and French. He attended the Sole24Ore Business School’s Master’s program in Business Management and Strategy as a scholarship holder in Business Management and Strategy as a scholarship holder. Since 2021, he has been part of the team at 42LF – The Innovation Law Firm based in Milan, focusing on civil law, intellectual property, copyright, and music and entertainment law.
At the same time, he has an intense professional life within the music industry: he was among the founding partners of the event brand Spaghetti Unplugged and is part of the management staff for known Italian artists such as Gaia and Galeffi. Additionally, he was a founding member of La Musica Che Gira, an advocacy group established during the pandemic crisis of 2020 to work with institutions for the protection and reform of the entertainment sector. He has also taught Music Industry at Sonus Factory in Rome in the three-year program aimed at obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Popular Music for the academic year 2022/2023. Currently, he is among the lecturer for the Sole24Ore Business School’s Master’s program in Music Business Management.
