Graduated with honors from the “Mediterranea” University of Reggio Calabria, he began his professional career by simultaneously carrying out his legal apprenticeship at a law firm specializing in criminal law and an internship under Article 73 of Decree-Law 69/2013 at the Court of Assizes of Appeal – Preventive Measures Section, both in the same city.
Passionate about corporate criminal law, after obtaining his qualification to practice law, he continued his career in a business consulting firm operating in Sicily, where he deepened his knowledge of the legislation on the administrative liability of entities deriving from crimes and its practical application.
Subsequently, he further consolidated his professional experience at a law firm in Macerata, developing skills and expertise in risk management and the implementation of Organization, Management, and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 in various corporate contexts.
Since October 2024, he has been part of the 42LF team.
