Martina Granatiero is Of Counsel at 42 Law Firm since 2023.
Martina assists clients across all areas of computer law and new technologies. Her experience includes advising technology companies on financial regulation and compliance issues related to innovative platforms and services in the FinTech and crypto-assets sector. She is among the founders of an equity crowdfunding platform and has gained significant experience in analyzing and launching blockchain-based entrepreneurial projects, with a particular focus on the Bitcoin network.
Furthermore, she deals with corporate law and advises companies in drafting acquisition contracts, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.
After graduating, she earned a Ph.D. in commercial law.
She is the author of several academic publications, including articles and books, in the field of corporate law and new technology law.
