She graduated in Law from Bocconi University, developing a strong interest in intellectual property law and the challenges posed by technological innovation throughout her academic career.
She focused her academic research on the intersection between copyright law and generative artificial intelligence, examining the legal implications of using protected works to train AI models. This topic was the subject of her undergraduate thesis, written in English and entitled “Training of Artificial Intelligence Models and Copyright Law: Legal Challenges and Future Perspectives”, in which she analysed the European regulatory framework, with particular attention to Text and Data Mining exceptions and the transparency obligations established by the AI Act.
Since September 2026, she has been undertaking her legal traineeship at 42 Law Firm, working with Attorney Lucia Maggi in the Intellectual Property Department. In this role, she supports the team in protecting the intangible assets of authors, businesses, and innovative companies in the digital age.
