practice before the Court of Cassation, who has, for years, predominantly conducted his professional activity in the fields of tax law, corporate law, and the law of information technology and new technologies; in the latter area, his skills have particularly developed in IT contracting, consultancy in e-commerce, and data protection.<\/p><p>He completed his professional training by specializing at the University of Milan in Computer Forensics and Digital Investigations, Data Protection and Data Governance, advanced strategies for the application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Legal Tech, Coding for Lawyers, AI and Blockchain Legal Issues, and finally, in Corporate Law.<\/p><p>For many years, he has been collaborating with the Chair of Legal Informatics and Advanced Legal Informatics at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan and is an affiliated scholar at the Coordinated Research Center in Information Society Law (ISLC) of the University of Milan.<\/p><p>Attorney Vertua is one of the founders of the <a href=\"https:\/\/cloudsecurityalliance.it\/\">CSA Italy association<\/a>, serving as its Vice
