Lawyer specialized in the law of new technologies. She primarily deals with privacy, cybersecurity, and computer crimes.
A graduate of Bocconi University in 2011, she became a lawyer in 2014 and until 2018 gained solid experience in white-collar crimes by following some major investigations, as well as numerous cases of computer crimes against national and international companies.
She specializes in privacy consulting and DPO services but also deals with Legal Tech projects, combining her traditional legal expertise in privacy with a Legal Design approach.
She is an adjunct lecturer in the Law & Technology course at the Polytechnic University of Turin and in 2019 was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Toronto. She participates in lectures and seminars on various Legal Tech topics and collaborates with several legal information and analysis magazines.
She is the co-founder and vice president of Permesso Negato APS, the first Italian non-profit organization for social promotion that provides technological support and legal feedback to victims of Non-Consensual Pornography and online violence and hate attacks.
