He has provided his professional services to several major national and international companies leading the IT sector. He is an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor and a DPO certified according to UNI 11697:2017.
He earned a PhD in Digital Forensics from the University of Milano-Bicocca and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Insubria. He has attended as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford Law School and Fordham Law School in New York. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences. He is a fellow of the Nexa Center in Turin, of the Cybercrime Institute in Cologne, a founding member of the Tech and Law Center in Milan, and a member of the editorial committee of the journal Digital Investigation published by Elsevier.
He is the author of numerous academic publications including “Computer Crimes”, “Digital Evidence”, “Compliance 231”, and “The Duties of the DPO”.
He is the founder of LT42, a leading company in the world of legal tech, and is vice-president of the Marazzina Foundation, a non-profit organization.
